29.Parts Officer

Location: Beijing

Department: Lamborghini China

Job duties:
- Processing of parts order for inbound and outbound matters within the timeframe set.
- Determine irregularities, participate in problem resolution and report to management.
- Provide and advise parts information and technical services to internal and external partners.
- Dealer parts management supports which in order to improve the service degree for the customer satisfaction.
- Parts/accessory campaign in order to achieve the parts target.

Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics and/or engineering.
- Detailed knowledge of transportation and logistics processes, systems, guidelines and legal requirements.
- Profound experience in the transportation and/or logistics business environment of minimum 1 to 3 years, experience in the automotive business on wholesale and/or retail level of advantage.
- Mandarin speaker with excellent command of spoken and written English.
