This groundbreaking mobility service brings together fleets of e-Scooters, a robust e-Scooter hub infrastructure and supporting e-Scooter apps for smartphones. The e-Scooter rental hubs will cover key urban areas and business districts. Prepaid e-Scooter Mobility Cards will allow customers access to e-Scooters, making their commutes more convenient and better for the environment. The Mobility Card will later offer an expanded range of services provided by Volkswagen Financial Services. Paired with new e-Scooter smartphone apps, this forward-thinking concept satisfies users’ mobility needs while optimizing their transportation behaviors to be more economical and efficient. It paves the way for a new mode of urban travel that neatly integrates with existing transportation infrastructure, boasts zero emissions and makes minimal environmental impact.
